This shows how the 1:400 5 inch AA gun barrel is rolled on a straight pin and how the breech assembly is assembled....this is all very delicate but results in a most elegant 5 inch gun to grace the foc'sle deck fore and aft on this carrier. The tweezer comes in handy for the final shaping of these tiny little pieces! Only 2 more to complete for the total of 8 guns...then for the gun aprons to add a realistic look to these areas...
